Seeking compassionate, caring, patient person for Residential Rehabilitation Assistant for a 29 year old woman with developmental disabilities. Duties include helping with job tasks, social activities, community outings, self help skills including possibly personal care help and assistance with daily in home tasks and providing transportation. some schedule flexibility preferred. Must provide own transportation. Up to 30 hours per week. Monday - Friday. Must have own car and a clean drivers license. $11 per hour, mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities:
Working with individuals with disabilities and assisting with their needs throughout the night as needed.
Responsibilities for this position would include: check on individuals throughout the night, assisting participants as needed with daily living skills, and completion of appropriate documentation.
Must be reliable and responsible.

Temporary, PT/FT, depending on program participant and family needs. Must have AAS degree in health or human services or NYS RN license.
