Day Habilitation |
An intensive day program for individuals who have graduated from high school and are seeking a meaningful adult program that will assist them in gaining more independence in daily living skills. Opportunities are given to work with the animals, in the gardens, greenhouse, or for the community involvement and volunteer work at places such as Wanderers Rest Humane Association.

Supported Employment
Offers individuals an opportunity to gain competitive employment in the community or occasionally on the Farm. A Supported Work Coordinator assists individuals in seeking employment consistent with their strengths, interests and informed choices and supports them once a job is obtained.

| Service Coordination |
|
Assists individuals and their families in gaining access to necessary programs and services. Service Coordinators focus on helping people live successful lives according to their own dreams, desires and plans.

Harmony House Respite
|
|
Allows family members and other care givers time for themselves while their family member enjoys an overnight or weekend stay with peers at the Farm. Activities are planned according to each guests abilities, interests and personal choices.

Residential Habilitation
This is a program that assists individuals in learning and maintaining the skills necessary to remain as independent as possible in their own homes as well as supporting them out in the community.

Family Support Services
|

Provides opportunities for parent education and individuals to participate in cultural events and weekend trips.
|
|
|
|
Summer Program
Provides a six-week program for school aged children who are over 10 years old. This program provides stimulus for growth and responsibility in the setting of a rural farm.
