Day Habilitation

  • Part-time and/or per diem

  • Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm

  • On-site with community outings

 

Community Habilitation

  • Part time, days, evenings, weekends

  • In home and in the participant’s local community

  • Hours depend on participant’s needs and availability

 

Respite

  • Part-time and/or per diem

  • Weekend shifts available Fridays at 3:00pm through Sundays at 6:00pm

  • Weekday shifts available Mondays through Fridays, 3:00pm through 9:00 am (awake overnights).

  • This program is based on site with rural activities and community outings.
