Since the onset of Heritage Farm Inc., we have provided respite opportunities not only for families to get a break in the care of their loved ones but offered creative and interesting activities for participants to become involved with.

Through these opportunities, participants develop their daily living and self-care skills while meeting new friends and developing those relationships.

In Community Habilitation our goal is to assist participants to reach their individualized potential and develop relationships within their local community.

Community Habilitation supports participants, in a one-on-one setting, to develop new skills and practice these new skills by utilizing community resources as well as their own homes to work on skill building.
